Because I do not do FaceBook, I want to let you know that I was very pleased with the work that our technician Kyle did. He conscientiously explained what he thought he could and could not do with a very dirty and (long-time) stained white carpet. He was extremely thourough and cleaned it the best he could. Kyle made the carpet look (and smell) much better, which is all I expected. I was also impressed with the Zeroez method of cleaning. I have already told several people how pleased I was with Zeroez.
