One of the things I like most about Zerorez is the outstanding high professional level of customer service that was given once I met Service Technician Mr. Chris Bennett. Mr . Bennett was very professional, extremely knowledgable and forthcoming about Zerorez products and services. I mentioned that I was recently sick due to asthma. Mr. Bennett then suggested that I purchase a air static electric filter which improves air quality especially since the pollen season is upon us, make an appointment to have Zerorez come back out to my home to clean my duct venelation system. In doing so once again this would improve my air quality throughout my home. And I was impressed after my carpet was cleaned. . "GREAT JOB CHRIS"!!! I will definitely tell my family, friends and neighbors about Zerorez! :-)

I love the service and the product! The man who cleaned my house was super friendly and understanding to my needs. The process was very quick as well as efficient and the carpet looked amazing and felt incredible. Such a positive experience for the entire household to come home to clean carpets. This is my second time using Zerorez and I always recommend them to others.

If I need to have zerorez back in my home in the future, I will request him specifically. He had mentioned that zerorez also cleans furniture, I will need this in the future and will call zerorez back.
