Very professional and thorough. I will say though that I received my initial quote on the phone which was quite a bit less than the quote I received when the gentleman came to our home. I was going to get my sectional couch done which I said on the phone and it was quoted around $120 but then when he came out he didn't have that down for me but said it was no problem to do but would be closer to $200. Therefore, we did not get our couch done. Wish I would have known ahead of time or hoped that you would have honored your initial price. Thank you.

Cameron explained what he was going to do, there was no upselling or additional hidden costs, he showed me progress as he went, carpets came out great with no smell and almost completely dry when he left.
