Everything was very thorough from my first contact when I called to make the appointment to the completion of the job. All details were covered in advance. However, I was very sorry that I missed the call I received to confirm my appointment. I called the number that was given back and from the time that I was connected to the time that I was able to select the option to receive a call back was over 3 minutes. This is way too long. I also think the pet stain remover was very expensive but Zerorez did a very good job. Thank you. Karen Wilson
