The quality of the work was excellent. The service person was plesant and helpful by taking time to explain the work to be perfomred and the benefits of zerorez.

Service tech was very professional. There were no odors post cleaning.

I liked that they took the rugs away and not try to clean them in my house. It wouldn't have been good for my wood floors. Only downside, is that they say they would take 7 to 10 business days, turned out to be that plus an extra week. But overall, I would use them again and would recommend them. The rugs look great!!!
