The technician that came to my house was very prompt and polite. He explained everything that he did. We had some very tough pet stains and so far, 2 weeks later, the stains have not reappeared.

It is "Zerorez"...not an enormous amount of water (wet carpet) or excessive odors left order. My carpet looks fabulous.
