I like the freshness of the whole process. There was no after smell of the products put onto the carpet to clean it. My family has allergies to odors and there just wasn't any.

the service was prompt. those speaking to me on the phone knew what they were speaking about. the young man who did the cleaning also was competent and knowledgable about what he ws doing. He knew what to say and how to say it. ( almost programed). all questions were saisfacibly answered.
He went about his service quickly and efficently. corners protected etc. No mess. Knew how long the rugs took to dry.

What I definitely like about Zerorez is their non chemical solution to cleaning carpets.
We just had our first baby and we wanted our environment free of any chemical residue that would linger in the air and carpet that would cause health issues.

Mike Lee is a true professional and knew just what my carpet needed, having a dog. No chemical smells or worries. Dried quickly and evenly. Looks like new carpet. I also appreciated someone calling me that your service was ready earlier than scheduled. I was available and it allowed me to have the rest of the day and night to get things done.

I appreciated the service from beginning to end. We made the appointment, I received a confirmation email. I received a phone call to tell me when they would contact me the morning of my appointment. Received a call saying the technician was in route and he arrived right on time. Very pleasant technician, courteous, quick, accomodating...what more could a person ask? Service is what elevates a product over another. You've got it!!
