Few chemicals.
The technicians were prompt and personable. They explained in detail the process before they started, pointed out any problem areas in advance. They allowed inspection of each area as they proceeded. We liked that the solution didn't leave an odor, it just smelled clean. They were very through and the 20 year old carpet looked new. Before leaving they informed us of our guarantee and gave us coupons for discounts on future services.
Too early to tell. Getting someone to answer the phone was very hard. You need to work on that.
