Thorough and professional representative who did a great job.

Ryan arrived on time, identified himself and explained exactly what he would be doing. He checked the areas needing cleaning. He was very courteousl. He completed his work efficiently. The carpet looked very good when he was done. He discussed adding protection to the carpet which I had him do in the master bedroom and on the stairway. There was no hard sell from him just addressed the advantages. I did ask for his card and will recommend him to my neighbors. He was a nice young man and represented your company well. If permitted I would have tipped him. The quality of service exceeded that of a previous carpet cleaning service I had used.

No chemicals

The young men you sent out, James and Micah, were lovely and punctual. The carpet looks really good as well. When I asked how dirty my carpet was when they cleaned it, James agreed to actually show me what came out of my carpet. Although the carpet did not actually look dirty before it was cleaned, there was a whole lot of nasty stuff in there.

The technician was very polite, did not waste time and our carpet looks great.

The cleaning got the stains out and they did not reappear in a few days.

Side note: approximately 48 hours later, tiny black worms/milipedes appeared on all carpeted service. A bit concerning.
