I love that the company is customer focused, efficient and takes great pride in the work they do. Zerorez is a little more expensive, but its true that you get what you pay for and I will never use anyone else ever again! My carpets always look brand new, the technician is efficient but thorough and takes the time to talk to you about your carpet. I love everything about my experiences with Zerorez and shamelessly promote them to every one I know!

I liked the idea that there would not be any residue left on my carpet. I liked that there were a range of services available so that I could have everything I needed done at one time. I liked that I wasn't pressured to buy additional services or products. It was obvious that Joshua, who cleaned my carpets, was well trained. He was careful with my furnishings and efficient in his job.
