Client Testimonials

No chemicals used. Service man was superior in every way. Polite, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about the treatment, cleaning & carpets. Also, not only a hard worker but also, he was very enthusiastic about the job he was performing. A true asset to your Company.

Using the empowered weather instead of a smelly detergent.

Kyle, our technician was absolutely wonderful. He was very hardworking and has excellent customer service skills. I love the results on our 14 year old builder grade carpet. Kyle showed up on time and worked very hard for us. We will use Zerorez again until we get around to replacing it with wood. B Hale

Awesome job on cleaning my carpet

Service and products were great.

Excellent, honest service.

Prompt, thorough. Great non-toxic product that worked well, even on old cat throw-ups!

It seems to work well and really makes the carpet look nice.

Carpets look and smell clean. Our technician was very nice and knowledgable.

Customer service.

Damian was very polite and diligent!

He is a key asset to your business and I would highly recommend your company if all of your agents treat customers in the professional and efficient manner as he treated my family's home!

Zerorez did a great job. The entire office building smells fresh and clean. Carpeting looks so much better. Work was done in a timely manner.

Dry quickly

I like that they are environmentally friendly, and your service reps have been super nice and helpful.

We have never had our carpets cleaned professionally and they were in bad shape. They look amazing! Most of the stains are gone and the others are MUCH less noticeable. The carpets dried much faster than I expected and the technition was awesome!

They stand behind their services. Thanks!

I have now had both my carpets and air ducts cleaned by zerorez and i have to say you have very great technicians, they were both timely and curtious. Definitely will use them again and will be referring them to my family and friends. If you want it done the right way call zerorez definite 5 star service.

I like not using harsh chemicals

chemical free and at the same time effective

Making appointment, on time, friendly professional people especially Doug who came to our home!

The technician, Chris. was very clean cut and professional. He walked thru the house with me and gave me the price of the pet treatment. He ended up treating all 4 rooms at a reasonable price. When he left, the house no longer had pet odors and the stains were gone.
I was very pleased.

My carpets look amazing. My technician was very professional and polite. I would recommend your company to my friends and use them again. Thanks for the great job.

I like the fact they Zerorez uses no chemicals when cleaning your carpet. Ken Smith, the tech was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable about the product. I will name request Ken for my next Zerorez visit.

This time (and you have been here 3 times over the last year and 1/2), the technician Damian G, was the best, both in terms of demeanor, kindness and dedication to his task!

Thank you,
Bob Fierer

My carpet looks great and it gives me peace of mind to know that no chemicals or sticky soap was used in the process.

The only one thing I did not like was that fact that the technician drug his hoses around the corners of my white painted woodwork and scraped the paint off of almost every single corner. I have had other carpet cleaning companies use corner guards to prevent that from occurring, perhaps you could consider using those.

The service was amazing and very professional. The technician arrived exactly at the time that he said he would and took care of all of my cleaning needs quickly and efficiently.
