The man who did our carpets had a caring attitude about the job, yet professional and knowledgeable. He offered some extra options ,but no pressure, and did an excellent job. I was worried about drying time, but it was much faster than I expected. He removed a rust stain that we thought was permanent and I hadn't even pointed it out. We definitely got what we paid for.

I was impressed with Zerorez from the initial phone call to the end of my service. My carpet was cleaned the day after I called and I was very impressed with the services Zerorez has. I had old pet stains in my carpets and the technician got them up with no problem. I will use them again.

I love the fact that you can walk on the carpet before it dries. I was very amazed at how many stains were removed after the cleaning. I have already recommended this company to other people. I especially love the affordable price since so many people are on such a limited budget. I have used another carpet cleaning company and feel like I wasted money that I did not have. I especially liked the technican that came out who was very informed about the product and did an excellent job! I will definately use your company again and will ask for the same excellent technican.
