Client Testimonials

Professional crew members; quick drying time.

Very successful cleaning

We've had carpeting at home cleaned by Zerorez, we've had our air ducts cleaned out by Zerorez, and we've had them clean an area rug using the amzing cleaning machine they have in Norcross that cleans the entie rug, not just the surface--what a difference that makes. I have more area rugs I'm going to have them clean soon. No other company I know of cleans area rugs this way. All services have been prompt, reliable, great technicians, and best cleaning methods out there. I highly recommend Zerorez. Carolyn Fountain, Canton, GA

Byron done a great job and made my carpet look beautiful. The product work great.

I like that there are NO chemicals!!!

Loved the results and also the technician who was personable, efficient and extremely helpful! Will never seek another carpet cleaner!

The products are great and my carpets are very clean. The person who cleaned my carpets did a great job, and thoroughly explained the process. He also insisted on my opinion of how well he did each room.

Efficiency of the home office and the professionalism of the technician...he was prompt and told me what he was doing ?I would recommend you to my friends and neighbors...

Your technician who came to our home was very knowledgeable but also honest about what he could accomplish. I really appreciate this. He was not really happy at the outcome, but we were very satisfied and will definitely recommend zerorez to our family and friends. My wife has already commented that she wants the upstairs done now as well. Very professional people who were on time and here when they said they would be. I was able to plan the rest of my day off because of there promptness.

Tech was customer oriented.

For 2 out of the 3 times I have used your service, the technicians have seemed sincerely interested in the job and how to get the best result. They also have the ability to calculate and explain charges. Besides these two things, the carpets look and smell clean.

The carpet looked great after cleaning. Plus the representative "Chris" was very helpful and professional.

Carpet cleaning service - Fast, dependable, sanitary

The tech was quick and did a good job. He did forget to leave me a spray bottle of solution. Was on time and took great care in the home. Very satisfied. One thing I will say is that I only had one room. Tech did push to do other rooms or upholstery and I didn't need it. Kept on but I have hardwoods and really didn't need the extra services. He also was relentless about the writing a review. This was a little annoying so maybe tell them to be a little less aggressive about reviews and other services.

The technician, Erik, was very courteous and professional. The carpets look good and feel clean...Will definitely use your services again.

The carpets are really clean with no residue. After they were cleaned there was minimal dampness. Plus the associates are really professional.
