The techs Lamont and Damien were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Lamont followed thru with all the requirement, ( ex. Shoeing me the first section cleaned, the dust on the upholstery, etc.). The carpets look fabulous. It's hard to believe that they got out all the pet stains and dirt.

Customer service was outstanding! Beginning with my first impression of the company; Tracy the representative who set the appointment. She was courteous, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. The two gentlemen who picked up the rug were extremely pilot, conscientious and professional. I was impressed when asking questions regarding the company’s products, and equipment of their knowledge and enthusiasm. I asked a question the gentlemen could not answer at the time however, they assured me they would find out the answer because their boss is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the company. It was refreshing to see great results all the way around!

Came on time and got the dirty stains off carpet . Had a rough area with coffee and wine stains. Technician was very proficient in getting the job done .

Chris was so nice and professional and he was honest about the stains in my 34 year old carpet. He did a phenomenal job, and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. They look about as good as they can considering how badly they were stained. I probably saved 2 grand on new carpet!
