Your follow up to make sure I was happy with the service is amazing, and that was on top of amazing performance both by the original tech and the follow-up tech. They both did a great job cleaning the carpets. Both are great technicians. I also like the fact that the carpets dries quickly and is not soaking wet when they are done. And I like the no-residue cleaning method and the fact that you protect the walls and corners when bringing in the hoses...that's truly unlike what I've experienced before with other companies.

Cary, the cleaning tech, was on time, courteous, and helpful. He was upfront about charges that had not been discussed earlier (walk-in closet), and then got to work. He worked quickly and efficiently. He advised me when he was done cleaning the carpet, and asked me to look at it, to see if I was satisfied. I was completely satisfied with the service and the cleaning. Kudos to Cary.

Zerorez does a great job cleaning our rugs. We have big dogs and the rugs get very dirty, but they look beautiful when they come back from Zerorez. We also appreciate the convenient pickup and delivery times.

I used another carpet cleaning company first, they left the carpet in worse shape than it was. I was trying to save some money & it ended up costing me more because I had to Zerorez. From now on I will be calling Zerorz first.

Thank you for coming back to correct the crunchy texture in my carpets. Unfortunately they still have a crunchy feeling even in places where there is no traffic. However, the smell in the one room is removed.
