Professional industrial equipment and quality cleaning products

Carpet comes clean and dries fast.

Service representative worked diligently, was pleasant and respectful and I would like to have him as your representative again.

Old carpeting much cleaner. Removed a grease spot on two chairs.

The two men who came out explained all they were doing, showed me the system and the results, were very personable, and convinced me to buy the whole house cleaner, as well. I would have no reservations regarding recommending you company to my friends and neighbors.

It cleaned very good. I have 30 year old shag that was brought back to life and the smell is awesome !!! And my tech guy was absolutely through before , during , and after. Very charming tech !!!!

Customer Service

It worked and the quote was accurate and I was informed when he was on his way. Felt like an honest company. Only one thing we needed was not done.

The rep was excellent! He was courteous, professional, and very respectful. He did a great job. I really wanted to give him a tip, but he said he was not allowed to take it. I kind of felt bad that he wouldn't accept my tip. He truly earned it! I would absolutely recommend your company to anyone that needs any kind of floor cleaning service.

It was extremely easy to set up an appointment and the follow-up and reminders were very helpful. When the service person wrapped other jobs earlier than planned, they asked if I would like for him to come early - a great option and it fit even better with my schedule. Trevor, the service person assigned to my house offered to explain anything and everything he was doing before he ever started. He reviewed the spaces to be cleaned, then he got in and got the job completed in a very reasonable amount of time, leaving my rugs looking great! He was professional and pleasant - I would definitely use Zerorez again and I would ask for Trevor without a hesitation!

The customer service.

I like that no chemicals are used, there was no odor and the carpet was quite clean.

Cleaned the carpets very well

Courdous staff and great results!

You were timely, thorough and worth the money. The process was explained, including explanations as to why certain stains might not come out

The Tech, Patrick was very informative and worked thoroughly to clean our carpets.

The people that came to my home were very professional. They worked for over an hour cleaning my sofa. Now I know why sofa cleaning is expensive. It looks like new. They then went to do the bedrooms and stairs. The reason I chose Zerorez is because I wanted a really deep clean. I actually hate carpet and think it is very unsanitary. I have hardwood downstairs and will eventually have it installed upstairs. In the meantime, i'm happy to have Zerorez to make me feel like it is as clean s it can get. I have already recommended it to several of my neighbors who saw the van and asked my opinion. One of them has called for an estimate.

Appointment set up was quite easy. No strong smell after process and dried quickly. Carpets look great!

Fast, easy, clean!!! The service was EXCELLENT!!!!! Very professional courteous employees!

The two men who came to do the air duct cleaning were very polite and informative. I will definitely use you again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly technician.

I am writing to comment on our recent carpet cleaning service. Due to a horrible discovery of filth in our ductwork during a HVAC installation, we decided to finally make good on years of hearing the Zerorez name on radio programming.

Ms. Beverly made our appointment and explained how the process worked, including how to get the most out of the cleaning and how the fee structure and payment would go.

Ms. Wilson was prompt, professional but personable, and highly proficient.

It's always a joy to find service providers on whom you can depend to treat you right!

I recently used Zerorez because I was horrified to see the condition of the duct system when a HVAC company opened them up.

Zerorez was the first company to come to mind when the HVAC company admitted they may not be able to accommodate us right away to clean the vents. From setting the appointment with Ms. Beverly to the actual service provided by Aaron and Jeremy, I observed firsthand the reason for all the positive ads I hear on the radio.

Ms. Beverly helped me to understand the company's pricing and payment structures so that I would have no surprises on the back end. She also walked me through what to expect on each of the services I bought with her.

The guys arrived and were professional and courteous throughout delivery. They allowed us to see just what they were ridding us of, explained how often we needed an update, recommended products that would help make the home healthier, and explained to me how the payment process was secure.

I am pleased!

Technician was polite & professional. I was thrilled to receive call he was on his way. He actually arrived earlier than expected. Carpets look GREAT!
