Carlos was terrific. Took time to explain the products. Our carpet was pretty trashed. We honestly expected to wake up the next morning and have all the spots back. We were pleasantly surprised when that did not happen.

Quick, painless and you worked around our hectic life - an English bulldog that was constantly in your face seeking attention and two fussy 4 month old twins. Love the family business story and I want to support that. I already recommended you to two work colleagues. We plan on using you whenever we need our vents cleaned again. Thanks!

Mostly that you don't leave behind residue in the carpet and the protection product put in the carpet after it was cleaned. The technician was a good, clean guy and did a thorough job.

Our carpet had not been cleaned and way past due. Can't say it looked like new but it was amazing! Jared our Tech was so efficient , personable and I would recommend him anytime!! Our first time Service at Zerorez with Jared will not be the last!
