Nate was the technician that came out to clean my carpet. He had the experience, great customer service, and product knowledge. I had 3 rooms that were in really bad shape. After Nate cleaned them they looked better than I have ever seen.

The technician was very professional and polite. He explained what he could do and what he could not. He explained the process and why some stains could not be removed from the carpet. It was disappointing to know not every stain could be removed. But made perfect sense when he explained the process.
