Jonathan who did my carpets was professional, courteous and efficient. I had pretty much decided not to use your company in the future since your contract stated you did not move furniture and that is a problem for me. He was nice enough for me to consider overlooking that one drawback.

First, you answered the phone when I called. I was not put on hold. You came the next day. You sent the most professional and nicest technician. He was polite, thorough, and efficient. My rug has never looked better. It was a very cold day and we were not inconvienced at all.
