No scent, very clean
Dried quickly and cleaned well.
I like the fact the technicians are timely, friendly, listen to any comments /concerns you have about the cleaning. AND they do a great job. This is my third time using Zerorez and I wouldn't use any other company.

Tommy was a good operator. Friendly, efficient, and business like.
He followed a progress of steps to complete the job without lost
motion. Used the safety aids, i.e.,corner protectors and door locks
(little washer that holds doors open). Could recommend him to others!

no chemicals and no residue
Our technician was AMAZING! He got out stains that we never thought could be removed and could not have been nicer! What a great experience.
I love the simple approach and the non-shampoo treatment. Does a great job.
I have always had the greatest experience with your reps being very kind and courteous! We are very pleased with how our rugs always look so good after a cleaning.
The fact that you use no chemicals and sanitize the carpets as well. They look amazing!
Outstanding results and service
Professional people that do the job and work hard.
The company is very professional and did a great job however the pricing for area rugs is ridiculous. For an 8x10 rug that took probably less than 5 mins to clean, they charged close to $250. That's absurd. It cost me the same price to clean my whole house at is did 3 area rugs. Disappointed to say the least......
professional, fast
The non-toxic aspect--I don't want harsh chemicals in my home. Also, our technician Damien was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Fast, effective, feels clean.
