The weather was atrocious. Three inches of rain between 7am and 2:30pm. Nevertheless, John shows up 30 minutes early. He presents himself well and did a professional job. John could work for me any time. He is a credit to your organization. (Still, it wouldn't hurt for him to lighten up just a couple of notches.)
