The technician was very personable, and knowledgable. I usually like to wait at least three to four days to see if any stains lift up. It has been only two days, so far so good.

The technician that came out was very friendly and finished the work much quicker than what I had anticipated. Our carpet looks very clean and free of any spots. We have two pets, so this was something I didn't have much hope for; but a nice surprise to find that your products pulled them up. The only thing that isn't perfect, is the edge of the carpet by our baseboards upstairs. There still appears to be a darker film in our hallway upstairs, but I understand this is something that will come with age and dust, etc.
