My technician was fantastic - he showed up on time, finished multiple rooms plus a sectional and ottoman in less than 2 hours but did a very thorough job. My carpets have not been professionally cleaned in 6 years, so I expected them to look better but I was amazed at how significantly better they looked! I felt like I just got brand new carpeting. And the sofa looks great.

The tech was on time and friendly. The product cleaned my carpet well. However, I did not get a call in advance and forgot I had the appointment. Also, I paid additional for the tile/grout cleaning. However my tile and grout still look dirty in some spots.
