the only drawback was the time necessary to let the carpet dry
The tech cleaned everything very well and even when there was a mistake you came back to fix it.
I have old carpet and had it cleaned by zerorez. It didn't come to clean, but they came back and redid it and it looks so much better. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but it is better than I expected. The company was so concerned when I wasn't completely satisfied the first time, they came back and recleaned. Everyone from the first phone call was so professional and great to work with. I will definately use you again.
