My carpet and upholstery came out very nice. Although I didn't get a call back, which made me a little nervous, when I called, the phone rep was nice, confirmed my appointment, and explained my phone number had been entered incorrectly. The service rep was within the time confirmed, listened to what I was hoping to have done while staying within my budget, gave me an estimated time to complete and finished within that time (which was quicker than I expected). My 7 month old grandson was crawling on the carpet for 10 days and never had dirty places on his elbows, tummy or knees of his clothing. That let me know for sure that the carpet was clean and safe for him. My only area of concern was the tile floor in the bathroom. Although the bathroom tile floor was much cleaner there were still grout areas that did not come clean. I'm guessing some of it was because all the tile was not level. However, there was a good amount of residue left on the floor, walls and cabinet. It just made me initially wonder what kind of residue may have been on the carpet that I couldn't see. I am very satisfied and would recommend and use the services again for carpet and upholstery, maybe even again for tile floors. Thanks so much for taking away one of the areas of concern when preparing for visiting family during the holidays!

The 15 year old carpets went from embarrassingly messy to almost like new. I couldn't believe the technician was able to get them so clean. He clearly took pride in his work.

Your service is outstanding and professional. DeAngelo cleaned our carpets yesterday, and he explained everything he was planning to do and hoping to achieve. Our carpet is old, and we didn't expect much. DeAngelo did a great job and invited us to look at each area separately so we could see the before/after difference. He explained that it would help if we had our air ducts and vents cleaned by Zerorez, what we plan to do in the new year. I cannot say enough good things about DeAngelo. He is the best technician of ANY kind that we have had in our home. What a gentleman and hard worker!

What I like most about Zerorez is that the cleaning fluid isn't a toxic mixture of chemicals that leaves a funky smell. That the carpet dried quickly was a bonus! We will definitely recommend Zerorez and DeAngelo to our friends and family. THANK YOU!

Jeremiah came to my door and represented himself and the company in a first class way. He was so kind and pleasant. He was informative and efficient.
The carpets were amazing! I clean my carpets at least once a year and I have used the same service for years. I used your company on recommendation from a good friend and thought why not try them.
After cleaning Jeremiah took me room by room to be assured I was happy. It was very evident to me the difference in the appearance of my carpets verses previous cleanings. They were brighter as well. You could feel and smell the clean! The nice part is even days later I am still feeling and smelling the clean and my dry carpets are stain free and beautiful!
I would like to have Jeremiah be my cleaning rep in the future and I would recommend him and your company to any of my friends.
