The customer service is outstanding; this was our 4th time to have our carpet cleaned by Zerorez; we've had a different representative each time, and all of them have been wonderful. They do an excellent job, even with a stain we have that wicks back up from water damage a few years ago. We also like that there are no strong smells from the cleaning; when they're done, everything just looks and smells really clean. We have and will continue to recommend Zerorez to others.

There was no odor and it worked. The guy showed up on time. Only thing is figure out how to get the machine to the edge of the floor at the wall. I guess it might require a little redesign so that it can be close and not damage the horizontal wall.
