I like that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals or detergents to clean carpets. My son has allegies, and given that, and I am very careful about the products that we choose to use in our home.

Very friendly technician. Prompt and courteous. He asked me to look at each room afterwards to make sure that it was acceptable to my standards. I am pleased with the service. I just don't know if the price warrants it though. I've never had my carpet cleaned previously.
The drying time was quick and did not smell like chemicals.
