The technician that came out to work with us was very up-front about the likelihood of getting all of our pet stains out, so we knew they wouldn't all go away, but we are still amazed at the reduction in visibility of SO many of them!

The staff is friendly, professional and they know their stuff. I had my carpets cleaned and they picked up a rug and I can't wait to get it back, they did a great job on the carpet cleaning and I know the rug is going to be great, too!
