After he tested the wine stains on my white chair, he cautioned there could be residual stain. Knowing the options, I insisted he go ahead and clean the chair. I was so pleased with the results! He also was able to give us estimates on other services and I will certainly request him.

We had the carpet cleaned in the Youth Area of our church. It had numerous stains that had been cleaned several times by others, with no success in removing the stains. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was very professional and did a superb job. When he finished cleaning the carpet, the stains were completely gone, and the carpet looked new, which was amazing! When the carpet dried, the stains did come back, but only slightly. It was definitely a tremendous improvement. We were pleased! The gentleman who cleaned our carpet told me that we have a thirty-day guarantee, and if the stains returned you would come back to try again to remove them completely. I may call again in the next week to see if you could do this. All in all, however, we were very pleased with the results. The carpet looks so much better, and it is clean! I really had no hope that it would ever look this good again. Thank you for a terrific job!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well the Zerorez tech was able to get our carpets clean! We have very light, almost white, carpeting.
I had several spots on the carpets where one of our dogs had gotten very sick and I couldn't get the spots up, even after repeated attempts with
our own carpet cleaner. But after one visit from Zerorez, the spots are gone and the carpets look fantastic!! Almost like new!!
