The tech was very friendly and a good customer service rep for the company I have had my carpet cleaned by Zerorez before and very happy with the results. I was not happy with this outcome. There is a horrible smell that I didnt have before the carpet was cleaned.

The technicians who clean the carpet are always thorough and careful. This was the first time having the air ducts cleaned and I was very happy. They explained everything they were doing and how it was being done. All the technicians were polite and professional.
Carlos was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my carpet. My carpet took a little longer to dry than I had hoped but overall I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use Zerorez again.

Technicians customer service and product removed stains.
Worked with our schedule & came early. Nice job with cleaning. Did NOT like that we called back (responding to a v/m), spoke at length to the cust. service rep, and not only didn't she put a note in as requested, she didn't mark that we had confirmed the time frame. The next day, we got an annoyed v/m that said 'we have been TRYING to reach you...". A littl blip, no big deal & we appreciate the 2nd guy apologizing for that. Unusual to get apologies these days!

It gets stains and any smells out, without any residual odors. We have 3 dogs and one of them had a few accidents. You would not know where the were. The stains did not come back up when the carpet dried.
