EVERYTHING...from start to finish...very professional!

Since moving to my apartment 2 years ago, I have had the carpets cleaned three times by different companies and I will always use zerorez from here on out. Your staff was far more professional than other companies I had dealt with and the finished product was superior as well. Spencer cleaned the carpet in our Atlanta townhome on 2/9/15. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. I failed to have cash on me to tip him and since I used my credit card I could not add one on (just a suggestion-add a tip option for floor technicians when swiping cards)so I will be sending Spencer a tip in the mail. Please ensure that he gets this. Great job!

Lack of chemicals, pet friendly and work is thorough!

The end result was exactly what what I was hoping for and my carpet was left smelling wonderful and clean! The service tech was extremely overly friendly and wonderful to be around and made me laugh and we had a nice time friendly chatting while he was working in my home.

Carpet got very clean. Even some rust spots came out.

HOWEVER.....the fella who was the technician found that his truck did NOT have any water in it, so we had to turn the water connection in my condo on so that he could use the outside faucet. I think he should have checked BEFORE he left from wherever he picked up the truck to see if there was water in it. He said the person who had dropped off the truck the night before had failed to re-fill it, but he still should have checked it. This added about 30 minutes to his time at my condo. Other than that, he was very nice and did a very good job.

Cleaning is effective, dries quick, and no residue. We also like that there are no chemicals since we have a baby and pets. Staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable.

Technician called before he arrived, actually he was early which worked out better for me. Nate went over services then started to work, he treated some pet areas that are 100% better. He asked if I had any questions and wanted me to check to see if I was completely satisfied with the cleaning.
