I like the fact that no soap is used to clean carpets. My carpet feel very soft. I love the way the sofa look and I appreciate the fact that the technician decided that cleaning my velvet sofa was not a good idea.

Doesn't use any harmful chemicals and leaves a fresh odor behind. Was well pleased with my technician, Spencer, as he kept asking if there were any spots I wanted him to go over. My carpet is very old but after cleaning it still has a little life left. He had told me he was going to leave a bottle of the special water to use for cleaning up spots but guess he forgot. He came a little before my scheduled time but it worked out better for me since I had to leave for an appointment. I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning which is safe for children and pets. I will certainly use them again and enjoy being a repeat customer and receiving notices about special deals.

The tech Chris Stewart was so nice and friendly...I really enjoyed talking with him and the other tech that was here!

They explained everything and our carpets have never looked better - love the "cleanness" that y'all provide because it is safe for my 2 little girls!
