Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, solution that is used to clean the carpets is children and pet safe, carpets look and smell super clean and dry quickly, no soapy residue is left and stains don't seem to reappear so quickly, if they even reappear at all.

Zeroes was able to remove a very bad carpet stain and their technicians were very professional. They arrived as scheduled and took every precaution to ensure they didn't damag the walls with their equipment.

We have used Zerorez many times. All the technicians are very courteous and informative. This particular time, they used a new "spot" product which I have to say was amazing. Spots that I never thought would come out, did!! Always impressed with their service and professionalism. Highly recommend Zerorez' services.
