My rep went above and beyond to handle the carpet cleaning...we had below freezing temps so pipes were winterized which did not give us access to additional water ( he had to clean carpet in one room twice due to pet stains)... He was able to access more water and complete the job! I could not believe how clean the carpet looked...exceeded my expectation...he was polite and very professional!

The staff was friendly and easily approachable for any questions that I had. I liked that the tech stopped and showed me after each area was completed. My tech was GREAT! I never expected for the carpets to come fully clean like they did due to the fact the tenets that moved out before us left the carpet in horrible conditions. Now its like brand new again!
