The technician was very professional, arrived on time, was very efficient and the services were great. It is not often that you find products that actually deliver on the claims of their advertising however Zerorez did.
The process was very quick. I've attempted to clean the same spaces that Zerorez cleaned in my home with my Bissell Carpet Cleaner. It took hours and afterwards, I felt like soap remained in the carpet, thus allowing it to quickly get dirty again. Zerorez came in and was done in about an hour and the results are astounding. I haven't even moved the furniture back in the room because I'm enjoying the clean so much. Thanks Zerorez.

It was easy to schedule my appointment. Michael was my technician and he did a great job. He was on time and very professional. He asked exactly what rooms I needed cleaned and started to work right away. I asked him several questions concerning the cleaning process of which he answered. He allowed me to inspect his work as he went along just to make sure I was satisfied. I will ask for Michael the next time I need my carpet cleaned. Zerorez was a great experience for me and I am very satisfied with the job they did.
