I am amazed how clean my carpets are now after Zerorez! They are very old and have been restored. The techs were extremely professional. ( James and Aaram.) They did a perfect job! I will call back for additional areas.. I wish I found Zerorez years ago!

Love your customer service, everyone is so helpful and friendly. I love that the technician took so much time to explain to my husband the product he was using and why he was using it! Love that everything is chemical free and safe, and I love how clean my carpet is now.

I am very impressed with the way Zerorez cleans and that it doesn't soak the carpet making the drying time much faster. Darien, the technician who cleaned my carpets, was so knowledgeable and personable. I especially appreciated how respectful he was to make sure the hoses didn't mark the walls, and he wore the blue booties being mindful not to track in dirt from the outside. I've been using Zerorez for about 8 years now and have only accolades for your excellence in service. Many thanks!

The floor dried faster than other services we have previously used. The product used to get pet smells out of the carpet seems to have worked very well.
