Zerorez got out grease and pet stains that 2 "other" companies could not remove with their added stain remover as an extra service. I had just about given up on ever removing the stains and requested the standard service from Zerorez and the standard service got the stains out. Even better, the drying time was less than 4 hours, so we were able to go back to our normal schedule and not have to avoid the carpet areas. Ask for Damien! He's the best!!!
