Service was excellent from the initial call for the appointment to the very end when I made my payment. They were so very accommodating. My carpet was cleaner than when it was new. The stains were removed and the carpet felt so good to the touch. No residue at all! I am thoroughly satisfied. Also, the tech arrived within the scheduled window, actually earlier than I expected which was great. Zerorez will always have my business! My Husband says I'm hard on vendors so this says a lot for this company.
