price was fair (when taking advantage of specials), the tech was on time, personable and respectful, explained the process, offered but didn't push me on additional services. He performed the job thoroughly, explained the drying process. Everything looks pretty good the next day.

We had 2-air purifier systems installed to help keep the air on our home clean and to prevent mold build up in the duct system and to be honest, we appreciated the honesty of your representative you sent to our home. He could have performed a service that we did not need but instead brought to our attention another potential problem.

We did not consider thos an up-sale, as he did provide evidenced (photographs) pre and post to substantiate his claim. His solution could actually save us money on down the line.

Therefore, home owners, if your ducts and furnances is more than 8 years old you might want to have them cleaned.
