Tobias was our service rep. He did a great job. Was on time, explained the process of what he needed to do and how long it would probably take.. We had pet stains in the carpet which were treated first and then the cleaning process started. Tobias was very careful moving around the house, getting the equipment upstairs to clean. He was very professional and friendly at the same time. Our dog was even friendly with him!! It's been several days since the cleaning and the carpet has remained spotless - no 're-appearing' stains. I would highly recommend Tobias!!
