Zerorez technicians arrived on time but I was the one 15-20 min away to reach home, I appreciate the grace period of 30 min. Also, both technicians were answering my questions, provided options that I didn't know that could be incorporated for area rugs to be cleaned at home, and last minute decisions were met with a positive attitude! I appreciate all the hard work and very satisfied with the final cleaned carpets. Thank you!

The gentleman working on our home was amazing! We was a great communicator and friendly. He also did the job really well and then confirmed thing were to our liking after each room was finished.
