Connor, the technician, did a good job cleaning the rugs. These rugs were older and had been around the block a few times. There were a few spots where stains persisted. Connor told me that these stains were probably due to furniture being put down too soon, furniture stain seeped into rug. I really appreciated the professional manner that Connor had cleaning the rugs and advising me where the results were not going to be perfect.
