Steven did a great job on our carpets! He was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions patiently. He went back over some spots when I asked him to. Steven also demonstrated to me how the protector would work on my carpets to keep them from becoming too soiled. I highly recommend Steven to clean your carpets any day! He was fantastic!

I have used Zerorez because of WSB radio on Saturday morning. My first technician was very pleasant and did a very good job. He recommended that they clean my area rugs at their place to get them really clean. I was pleased with them on their return. The men who returned my rugs were super helpful in returning them to their original place. Because I was satisfied with my experience with Zerorez, I had them return and clean the carpet in the finished basement.
That experience was also good. I would have no problem recommending Zerorez for carpet cleaning!
