I like that they came to pick up the rug. Turn around was fairly quick, and they brought the rug back and placed it for me. Not too much moving of furniture involved, however I understand they were prepared to help with that if necessary.

I was not completely satisfied with the result of the cleaning of our sectional. No questions asked, they sent someone out the next day for a complimentary re-do. Ali did a beautiful job, going the extra mile and paying extra attention to detail. We are very happy!!

I'm not so good at these, but the tech that came to my house was amazing and should be considered an extremely valuable asset to your company. That is how service should be done, and I will be sure to recommend this company with anyone that I come across that needs this type of service.
