Client Testimonials

Great job friendly service techs

I have grandchildren and I really like the idea of no residue. I just wish it dried quicker. Our technician said that it would dry in 6 hours, but after 6 hours it was still very wet. It took a full 24 hours to dry. (I had the AC on 72)

The technician was very efficient and the carpets came out looking great. I would recommend and use Zerorez again

No harsh chemicals and clinicians are always very friendly and professional.

I was worried my 15 year old Berber that had only been spot cleaned wouldn't fare too well. Not only was the technician on time, courteous, and efficient, my wife returned from out of town thrilled to see(and smell)the results. Zerorez I'd give you three thumbs up if I an extra.

Fast service and no strong chemicals

I really like the B1 spot cleaner you provide in the event of a spill, it works fantastic.
I am a VIP client and will continue to utilize Zerorez for cleaning our carpet.

Fast acting products that removed 95% of the stains on a 12 year old carpet without leaving the carpet soaked for days and smelling like an industrial work site...

The person who came here was super professional and knowledgeable.

Your rep did what he said he would do in a timely manner. The price was very fair and he was extremely nice. I will continue to use your company and will recommend you to all my friends and family.

Great service great people great rezults

Clean, easy, and doesn't attract dirt like chemical extraction

I was so grateful that Zerorez was able to accommodate a last-minute request for service. We had a particularly stubborn odor in our upholstered sofa that I was afraid was never going to come out. Not only did they advise me on the best course of action, they didn't try to oversell any services and honored their 30 day guarantee without hesitation. Our technician was a pleasure to work with and I am thrilled that they were able to get our furniture looking and (smelling) like new!

Your team was helpful with questions, responsive, on time and thorough! They took time to get my approval following the cleaning and were so very nice to me and my family while here.
