The product just works. We've tried other cleaning products and services and they just didn't clean the carpet. The Tech was right on time, courteous, professional, and knew his product well. I did ask a few technical questions and he answered them. The whole process was seamless!!! A+

Your service tech arrived on time, was very friendly and knew her product. She continually made sure that I was happy with the clean and made recommendations as she saw fit. She did not push any extra service or product on me and I was extremely satisfied with the job that she did.

The technician who came to our house (Josh) was here on time, vey professtional and cleaned the carpets very well. This is the third time he has cleaned for us and each time he did an excellent job.
