I like the ongoing contact, letting you know what is going on and what to expect. There is no residue or smell lingering after the carpet was cleaned. Our technician, Ward, was exceptionally accomodating and committed to seeing that we were pleased the results.

It works and is worth every penny! We just moved and the previous owners had pets, you guys got the smell out. And at the last minute I asked for my couch to get cleaned and it looks brand new, I can not believe it!
