My carpets look brand new and they are 18 years old. Jay the tech is always courteous and professional. I was lucky enough to have him the last time I used zerorez which says something about your company in that you are able to retain good service men.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was not to happy with the gas fee. Gas has gone down the cost You advertise on radio and mail a price then add gas fee. Almost bare and switch.

The fact that it's chemical free and after the cleaning of the carpet, your carpet is not soaking wet as most cleaners leave it. The carpet is slightly damp and dries clean and fluffy in a few hours.
