It was easy to book my service. On the day of my appointment, there must have been a mix-up in the office because I didn't get a call letting me know the tech was on his way. The tech called about 12:15, about 45 minutes before my 1pm-4pm appointment window telling me he was at my front door. I was about 15-20 minutes from my house at the time. After he made a quick call to the office, he called me right back and said he would wait for me. Even though there was a glitch somewhere, your employee made it work. The tech did a very thorough and professional job. I was also happy that he left me a bottle fo Zerorez spray, something the tech didn't leave with me last year. All in all, a 10!!

The gentleman that provided the service was very thorough and quick. He was able to clean the entire home in less than an hour and did a fantastic job.
Only a couple days after the service, I feel like a can breathe better while in the house and after waking up in the morning.
It actually cleaned spots we thought were permanent, smells nice, is pet friendly and left no residue.
