I was thrilled with the job Zerorez did on our carpets. Carpets that I was seriously considering replacing look almost new. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job.
I like the fact that the carpets feel soft and clean when they dry. there is no soapy residue that feels tacky to the feet. It only makes sense that the soap residue from traditional cleaning methods draws more dust and dander to the carpet - making it look even more ddirty as time goes by.
Dries quickly with no visible residue and no odor. Tile and grout service is great. Friendly and prompt service person.

No residue or saturation. Carpet was plush and soft afterwards. No hardness. Really loved the citrus smell.

I have often felt pressured in the past by other carpet cleaning companies...but he was great with his explanations, presentations, and his acceptance of my decisions. THAT was so refreshing!

Cleaning leaves no residue.
The technician was on time (actually early), polite, and respectful of my home.
However, I wish he had brought more corner protectors as some damaged to a staircase occurred.
