Technician was neat, professional, friendly and efficient. He explained everything in detail and offered additional services without pressure. He also advised us about stains that may not respond to treatment, however these did in fact clean up nicely in spite of his reservations. The carpet looks and smells fresh and clean and the service took less than 1-1/2 hours. Damien was awesome and I will ask for him when I need this service again. Thank you for such a great job at such a great price.
