It started out as a rough transaction with some confusion a to whether the tech could make it to my house or not. When that was all straightened out and the tech arrived all was well. My tech I believe was Myles and he was fantastic. You could not get a better representative for your company. He did a fantastic job as far as the cleaning but his true strong suit is customer service. He knew he was coming into a hostile environment due to the mix up and he carried on immediately putting me at ease and taking charge of the situation with good service. It would have been so easy for this to be a bad experience but he made it a pleasant one. I run a small business and if I could hire him away he would be gone. You better hold on to him. Customer service reps like Myles are few and far between.
The process was explained well to me and the carpets were cleaned.
