Technician was great. Smell is wonderful.

My carpets are always clean and seem almost dry. Although this cleaning was not as awesome as visits in the past. There was residue left in the stairs and while clean, the family room carpet appears streaky.

Professional- courteous- and skillful. Service was outstanding, they came when they said they would. The serviceman was able to resolve any issues that I had. Mr. Josh Wheeler was my Tech and I definitely would request his services again.

The workers are very efficient and very courteous. The price is alway just right. The two young men who serviced my carpets removed a rug to be cleaned at the factory. They returned the rug in better form than it was originally. They placed the furniture back on rug, now the room looks better than before. I highly recommend Zerorez.
