First of all I like the idea of rug cleaning that does not attract dirt after cleaning and also the fact of no chemicals used in our house. An appointment was easy to schedule. Our tech Kerry was hard working and only wanted us to be pleased. He did a very good job. The results were very good.

I like that you do not use harsh chemicals. I have a dog with sensitive skin allergies so this is perfect. Avery, my guy, was amazing. He explained everything and worked very hard the whole time he was here. I would request him again in the future. I had only planned on having the carpet done but he told me about how he would do the upholstery and I agreed it needed to be done. He really worked hard on the furniture since my dog has been on all of it for years!
I most liked the manner in which Daniel and his team conducted a thorough analysis of my project. He subsequently outlined additional items which might be beneficial to solve my problem long term.
