Client Testimonials

Our carpet looks very good now, even though it is a little older carpet. I am surprised especially compared to the last cleaning approximately 6 months ago done by another cleaner. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks

My technician was professional and the carpet came out really nice.

arrived on time, professional behavior, left things in order, work good.

Damien was very professional as he introduced himself at the door and explained what his work process would entail. He was very neat and tidy all thru the carpet cleaning work. He worked quickly and tirelessly for several hours doing several rooms, hallway, steps, and upholstered chair which he shows me the "white towel" test and I was amazed. He did a great job cleaning everything and that made me so happy to see the coffee spots gone! I will definitely tell all my family, friends and coworkers about Zereorez :)

Carpets clean, stains removed and dried quickly .

Very professional and knowledgeable technician (Mike P.)

Clean and quick.

The carpet looks great and the product for spot cleaning is like magic. All the service personnel have been very courteous and competent.

Prompt and polite.

Clean and effective at lifting dirt off carpets. Our old carpets looked really great after the treatment. The technician, Randolph, was really good too.

Carpet is old and zerorez brought it back to looking like new, removed stains completly & super clean. One note, you didn't mention the fee on your radio ad.

Came on time josh was very informative and courteous. Job was well done in good time. Very pleased

The serviceman was amazing and my 15 year old carpets look like new!!

Your techs are always so polite and helpful. Not to mention you guys always do a great job restoring my carpet. Everytime I think I'm going to have to recarpet the whole house you... zerorez comes to the rescue.
THANKS!

Excellent service; Friendly and professional service..

My husband and myself both agreed that Omar Green did a very nice and extremely thorough job on our carpets. He seemed to be a very conscientious and hard worker. Also, he was very friendly and customer-oriented. We recommend that you treat him well - it's hard to people like him. When we have our next job, we will definitely call you and request that you send Omar.

My furniture looked Brand new after being cleaned. I will use you for sure in the future

Ryan is probably the greatest PERSON I have ever met in my entire life. He is a stand up human. Did I mention he is very handsome (way better looking then Phil Johnson)! He is kind. He is smart. He is important. Ryan cares about the environment!

The natural no chemicals are wonderful .

The ease of setting an appointment and the arrival on time of the technician. They do a great cleaning for a reasonable price and are in and out quickly.

That my carpet is visibly clean even before it dries. As a person with indoor and outdoor allergies, this method seems to last longer than any other Company I have used in the past.

I was very satisfied with serious spot removal on an earlier visit. The most recent visit, the spot removal was less successful. HOwever, I still like the short drying time and will try you again in the future.

home was not not torn up by the rep bringing all the equipment in...Nice fresh smell after they finish was worth the price.

The service tech knew what he was doing and he was good explaining the warranty. I will recommend zerorez to any of my friends even if I have to call you back out to redo water stains, that I know can take a time or two. I will also probably use you down the road on the wood for my floor. Not at this time thou.

when a potential problem arose you folks handled it quickly, thx

I was impressed by the knowledge and efficiency of the technician.

Clean, honest, quick service.

I like the non chemical aspect of your carpet cleaning process. Empowered water is not releasing chemicals into the carpet fibers, I hope.
