My carpet is almost 9 years old and I have had it cleaned 3 times with another process. The results were fair at best and carpets seemed to resell very quickly.

With Zerorez the carpet looks much cleaner and brighter. Also, since my husband is undergoing chemotherapy for cancer, I didn't want any chemicals used on these rugs.

Time will tell me more about recoiling but I'm hopeful that the absence of detergent residue will result in longer lasting results.

It really lives up to the advertised effect!!! VERY old carpet looks and smells great as if
no pet accident had occurred. Have had truck-mounted steam cleaning for 40 years, some
companies better than others but none as professional and thorough as Zerorez (and this
includes two of the other top-rated companies). Please do improve your phone system,
however, on hold too long and when finally called back, operator was quite rude. The technician who did the cleaning, Randy Joseph, is a delightful young professional who
knows what he's doing and took pride in a job very well done. I'll ask for him next time!
