I was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service that I received. The technician arrived on time with a great attitude. But great customer service doesn't mean a thing, if your carpet isn't cleaned properly. To my satisfaction, the carpet was cleaned to the point that it looked almost new. I was extremely happy with my choice to use Zerorez and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Oh and how can I forget this major problem I always have with other cleaning companies that I did not have with Zerorez which was the drying time. The drying time was extremely fast. The service man was friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do and did exactly what he said. Finally, a company that does exactly what they say. I highly recommend Zerorez!
