The young man who came out was very nice, clean and put covers on his shoes. The product used had no chemicals and that is what drew me in to begin with. My carpets look brand new and they are at least twenty years old.

I like the fact that the carpets feel soft and clean when they dry. there is no soapy residue that feels tacky to the feet. It only makes sense that the soap residue from traditional cleaning methods draws more dust and dander to the carpet - making it look even more ddirty as time goes by.
